After a bigger HVAC company messed up their schedule and left me without AC, I called Abdul late on Friday afternoon hoping he could help before the heat dome of Jun 2024 set it. He came out that day, looked at the system, and said he could get it done in a few hours the next day, all for about $1000 less than the bigger operation. Him and his team ended up sweating on my roof through some awful heat for nearly a full day, but their work is superb. I know he gave me good advice and he kept some of my old ductwork sealed up tight until I can replace it sometimes later. I will absolutely be using his services for that, because he's just a great guy to work with. I have an "HVAC guy" now, which is way better than being another name on a spreadsheet for a bigger company. ~ Jesse S

Abdul showed up the same day I called and followed through all the way from diagnosing condition of our old unit to giving us warning of potential malfunction due to over sizing issue for the house. We ending up replacing existing unit to new to provide adequate heating especially. For the new unit installation, he showed up in time and did not take any break until new unit install was done and running. Even followed up with registration of the new unit after installation. Reasonable price and after install check in was something I have not experienced from other vendors we have used before. Strongly recommend this business and personnel for heating and cooling for sure. Very thankful to find him from my search, his service and professionalism. I cannot say enough great things about this company, and about Abdul. He is professional, reliable, extremely knowledgeable, and a wonderful person. This was the best contractor I ever dealt with probably ever. Abdul Raheem really cares and works extremely hard. He gave me a very fair price and got the job done very quickly. I had to install a completely brand new mini split AC unit. Abdul Raheem gave me great advice about the best option for my very unique townhouse and the best customized unit to properly cool the house. He quickly got the installation done within a few days which was absolutely shocking to me. The price was again very fair and affordable when it comes to something like installing a new AC. We had issues with a AC system not cooling efficiently. Looked up services and found AHS which was highly rated. Contacted Abdul, who immediately answered the phone and accommodated me on the schedule for service the next morning (this is at the peak of the heat wave). Very grateful for Abdul with AHS Heating and Air! Abdul was able to repair our AC for a very reasonable price after two other companies suggested very expensive repairs such that replacing the system was the best option. One of the repairs Abdul performed included merely resetting the fan, rather than replacing the fan motor or the whole AC unit. Our AC works better than it has over the past three years, and we spent hundreds of dollars to repair, rather than thousands to replace. After the first big heatwave this year our AC (along with everyone else in town apparently) decided to kick the bucket. We called Abdul and he was able to fit us in within 24 hours for a service call. He came and explained things thoroughly and we decided to update to a newer system since our unit was over 17 years old and ran on refrigerant that can’t be purchased for residential anymore. He gave us a very fair price on a quote within 24 hours and said that he could install in a few days. We did reach out for other quotes and received a similar priced quote for a slightly less premium brand unit from another small company. The larger companies in town couldn’t even fit us on their schedule for a quote! On the day of install Abdul was careful to lay down drop cloths and keep the area clean. He also installed a new vent and return for us because we wanted a bit more air flow in the basement. We highly recommend him to anyone else looking for great HVAC service at honest prices. ~ Anne C

AHS Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new HVAC system in our home during the crazy cold weather and snow in January. Abdul took the time to explain our options and worked quick to get us up and running very quickly. He then came back out last week to check the AC unit to be sure it was working before the warm weather started. Abdul is a great HVAC technician. We had issues with our mini-splits and he diagnosed the issue right away. He had to order a part from the manufacturer as he could not find a replacement nearby. He communicated with me about the delivery of the part and came back to do the replacement. The mini-splits are working well and he was extremely professional and like others have said, he gives a very fair price. AHS has over 100+ 5 star reviews for a reason. Abdul came highly recommended by a family member. My AC broke last week when we had over 100 degree temperature and that too on a Sunday. He showed up within the hour to look at the AC and diagnosed the problem. Identified the broken part and kept me in the loop every step of the way. His price was very reasonable. My furnace quit working last week during one of the coldest weeks this winter in my rental property. I had a very unhappy tenant! The system was very old and I knew needed replacing anyway. Abdul has done a few projects for us in the past year and we have had a great experience. He installed a new spilt unit into our 4 season room that has been working great.
